From the North along the M5:

Exit at junction 29, keep in the left lane when turning at the traffic lights at the end of the slip road. Keep to the left and leave the A30 trunk road almost immediately signposted Rockbeare.

Follow this road for about 1.5 miles passing the “Black Horse” restaurant. After passing the sign “Clyst Honiton”, turn right near “The Exeter Inn” into the village road. About 60 yards, before a Phone Box on your left hand side look on the right for a gap between the houses which front the road (NOT the archway). This is our drive, marked “Briar House”, turn right and Briar House is the large white building at the end through the wrought iron gates.

From the South-West along the M5:

Exit at junction 29, follow the A30 direction Honiton. Then follow as above.

 From the East:

Follow the A30 until the slip road signed Exeter Airport. Turn right at the first roundabout to cross over the A30. Then first left on the second roundabout signed Clyst Honiton. This is the “top” of the village road. 30 yards after you pass a Phone Box on the right is a gap between the houses on the left which front the road. This is our drive signed “Briar House” with a large white building at the end.
